OPEN OFFICE LAYOUT

Our open layout promotes creative thinking, efficient use of space, and improved internal communication. By having clear sight lines and no cubicle walls, we encourage collaboration to develop fresh ideas by providing easy access for all members of the team. The key to success is to have available “spill-over” spaces where we can have privacy when we need it (See Flexible Spaces). Click here for reference link.

FLEXIBLE SPACES FOR MEETINGS, CALLS, AND FOCUSED WORK

Our flexible space helps us be more productive by creating an environment that caters to different types of work modes. Access to "spill-over" spaces is essential for the Open Office layout so that individuals can have privacy for phone calls, zoom meetings, or small group discussions. The SUST Office includes the Director's office, a zoom room, and a brainstorming room to provide a variety of options for quiet space, creating flexibility for each work situation. STANDING DESKS & ACTIVE WORKSTATIONS

While at work, it’s still important to prioritize our health and well-being. That is why all team members have laptops so we can move to standing desks and hybrid work/exercise workstations when we need a break from sitting.  With improved physical, metabolic and mental health at work, we can feel more energized throughout the day.
