CO2 ABSORBING AND ANTI-MICROBIAL WALL PAINTS 

 We have applied CO2-absorbing paints to our office’s walls. This type of paint contains special additives that are designed to absorb CO2 from the air as it dries, trapping it and removing it from the atmosphere.  The colored accent walls use an anti-microbial paint that protect from bacteria and viruses and is ideal for communal spaces. IMPROVED WELLNESS WITH A CIRCADIAN LIGHTING SYSTEM THAT MIRRORS NATURAL SUNLIGHT  

The human circadian rhythm is driven by the colour temperature and intensity of sunlight throughout the day.  Our office has installed a smart circadian lighting system that mimics this cycle that can increase focus and personal health. TEMPERATURE REGULATING WALL PAINT 


External walls exposed to direct sunshine tend to warm during the day and radiate heat into the office space. This office is testing a new thermal insulating paint applied to regulate the temperature of these internal spaces. Through compounded ceramic layers, the radiant temperature of the external wall is kept similar to the air temperature of the internal space, making it more comfortable for the occupants seated near warm / cold walls during peak summer / winter days.
